Hi again, what other ways are there for phone routing at certain times.


Right now I have one hunt group with a time profile, when the profile ends it goes to the fallback queue witch then fwd the calls, is there any other way to do phone fwd/routing at certain times with hunt groups

By far the most flexible and powerfull way is to hit a VMPro callflow first, and then silently transfer the caller on to where you want to send them without playing any prompts. Unless you get massive call volume it should be ok in terms of your VMS ports, as the call only touches the vmpro very briefly since you aren't playing any prompts just making a routing decision and transferring.

Now you can use user variables, conditions, time profiles, callerID routing, etc. etc.
