Hello,

The customer want to use different route for outgoing calls based on time of day. From Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 10 PM the outgoing calls wolud be use one provider (route 1) and the rest of the time would be use another provider (route 2).

For SPN=03 I have one RLI which have 2 entry: 0 for route 1 and 1 for route 2. Each route from RLI have TOD parameter.

How should be set TODS parameter in ESN to use customer request?

Thanks

Hi Mistoceva,

Use
Code:
LD 86
CHG
ESN
at TODS prompt, enter your TOD number, followed by the start time, followed by the end time like so:

Code:
TODS> 01 08 00 10 00

This is the only schedule you need, as TODS 0 will remain as all other times. For RLI ENTR 0, you should select only TOD 1, and for RLI ENTR 1, you should continue to use all TODS.

I have to be honest though, I have no idea how to only use one route at a weekend, just using ESN. The only way I know how to do this would be to use Attendant route control, and Extended TOD schedules.

Hope this helps still.

Hi,

I made a TOD1 from 08 00 to 19 59 for route 1 and another 2 for 20 00 to 23 59 and 00 00 to 07 59 for route 2. This routing worked only after I remove from entry 0 for route 1 the rest of the TODs and the same for entry 1.

I saw a parameter in ESN named ETOD, where I can put 7 for Saturday and/or 1 for Sunday, but I don't know how to "map" this to RLI.

Any ideea?

Thanks.
