One of our client who has VM pro activated, currently, all calls are coming in to VM pro with the default autoattendant message, the thing is, they want to have a facility in which if there will be no work or office the ff days, they can make their own message and route all the calls there instead of going to the VM pro..

Do a google search with the key words "tek-tips", "ip office", "night service", "voicemail"
kind of embarrassing to ask such basic questions...

A simple mind delivers great solutions

or read the Voicemail Pro example exercises document

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

you will need either a condition configured with holiday dates or a suer variable that can be set

once this is in place tou can test the condition/variable in your call flow & branch accordingly

examples of testing conditions are in the tutorial already suggested.

> @intigrant -I apologize for asking this stupid question,Im sorry I am not as good as you are..

Don't apologise for not being as good, aspire to be as good. A much nicer sentiment, and is more likely to get you help around here. [poke]
