I have to locations with a QSIG connections between them

Location 1 is an Avaya 8720 runnig 4.1

Location 2 is CISCO running CM 6.1.1.3

I need to program my route patterns on the Avaya so that if all my trunks are busy or out of service the calls will route over the QSIG and use the CISCO trunks.

I was able to do this when both sites were avaya but I get a fast busy now with CISCO.

Try setting your trunk group to a private numbering format. This will send all the digits across the link. I got it working on both a Q-sig link and a UK Q.931 ISDN30 (type) link. You'll probably have to run traces from both ends to find why the call is rejecting.
