Routing calls from SIP trunk to ISDN trunk?

Hallo!

I have Contact Center solution connected with IPO trough SIP trunk. SIP trunk works OK - i can make call from CC agent to extensions in IPO.
But what I need is making calls from CC trough SIP trunk and than to ISDN trunk (outside to PSTN).
I've tried to set incoming call route to shortcode with "Dial" feature to ISDN trunk group ID (like in routing from H323 trunk to outside line) but it doesn't work!

Any idea how do this?

? what setup do you have? multiple ip offices?
Be more specific.

This is in fact external Contact Center system using Dialogic HMP resources to conect to SIP.

But we can imagine the same situation with two IPO's connected trough SIP Trunk.
Is it possible to route call from one IPO (via SIP trunk) to another and than go out to PSTN (via ISDN trunk)?!

Basically i would say yes.
The remote system should send a external number including the dial access code used on the IP Office, then the call will route out over ISDN as if a user on IP Office dials the number.
The remote system MUST send the complete number at once (en-bloc) as overlap sending will not work.

I've tried this, but in SIP trunk trace is message "404 not found".
If call is routed to user it works ok, but if is routed to shortcode with "dial" feature (0N, Dial, N ,isdn group number) it doesn't work!

Do you have a monitor trace with default settings, SIP enabled and in Call shortcodes enabled?

I would assume the issue is that you are trying to send random calls into the second IP Office to be routed out to the PSTN in which case there is no known URI to accept the call against the 100 Trying and there is currently(1) no way to wildcard your URI to allow random destinations.

If I'm wrong and you are actually trying to send the call to a known user on the second IP Office then you actually just need to create a URI under your SIP trunk for Use User Data and enter the user's extension on their SIP tab.

(1)NOTE:Unless you are currently part of the EI.

Probably said to much already but you could take "currently" to mean "not so far away". If you already have beta software I might just give some wildcard characters a try, maybe a *

Don't put the 0N, Dial, N ,isdn group number in the ShortCodes, but add it to an ARS.

Create a NEW ARS;
Put in 0N, Dial, N ,isdn group number

Create ShortCode;
0N, Dial, N ,NEW ARS

That wouldn't work Bas, the system shortcode is stripping the 0 off so the ARS would only recieve the N, so it would be N, dial, N, ISDN gp number

Amriddle you're right forgot the extra 0

Must work like this then;

Create a NEW ARS;
Put in 0N, Dial, N ,isdn group number

Create ShortCode;
0N, Dial, 0N ,NEW ARS
