I am trying to route a call from Virtual Hold to Modular Messaging. What is happening is the call is going out to VH via web VH contacts the customer to state that an agent is available to take their scheduled call once the call comes back in to the PBX all of the agents by then are on a call. At this point the customer is to be dropped into a voicemail box, this is not happening. It looks like the call is then disconnected after 32 seconds; however, if we turn on Disconnect Supervison on the LD trunk it works. As we all know this is a no no since this is a security violation. Is there another way to do a trunk to trunk transfer with out doing this? Can I set up something within the vector to route this call to a cover path with a cover answer group instead of to a direct voicemail box?
