Routing between 2 subnets Netware 4.2

I have a Novell server with 2 NIC's and 2 subnets. A.B.45.1 and A.B.43.1 are the ip addresses of the 2 NIC cards.
I have an email server connected as A.B.45.250 into the A.B.45.x subnet hub. This is OK for all users on this segment.

What is the best way to enable users on the A.B.43.x subnet to be served by the email server? TCP/ip is used only for internet access.

First, if you REALLY are using tcp/ip only for internet access, then you must be accessing the email (groupwise?) server via ipx, and ip subnetting doesn't enter into it. Right? I don't know how NW handles ipx across multiple nic's.

If it really is using tcp/ip to access the mail server, then my first guess would involve the subnet mask. Can you ping a.b.45.250 (mail server) from a workstation on the a.b.43.0 subnet? If not, then check that subnet mask in the NW router setup is correct.
