Routing and remote access

Hi,
I have a WIN XP box that I am attempting to set up a VPN connection. When I get to the tab that says "accept incoming connections" it hangs and gives me an error message that says Error 127.
I looked in the services file and opened Routing and remote access and clicked "start" and recieved another error stating that services could not start.
I know that this is vague, but does anyone have any ideas?

I am attempting to do the same and have run into the same road block. If I find anything new I'll post.

Same problem over here, cant start that service.
