Routing and Remote Access ?

Hi all! I setup a new dial in server on Windows 2003 using Windows authentication. It works fine but I mistyped my password to make security/authentication is working and sometimes I get a popup screen saying authentication failed and for me to retype my password (Which is what I want) and sometimes I get a 721 error (Remote computer did not respond). Obviously, if the user mistyped their password, I don't want a 721 error, but to see the userid/password popup screen.

Any ideas? It's about 50/50...50% of the time I get the authenticaion retry popup and the other 50% I get the 721 error.
