routing and remote access service

hello ,sorry for my bad english, i'm french...
the factn a w2k server all was fine since one day the routing and remote access service appear stopped.
i try to restart it unsuccessfuly.a windows error message appear.I try to uninstall the service and re-install it unsuccessfuly too. i don't want to re-install W2K...Perhaps there is a solution through the registry...
