Routing an external line to the Call Centre

Is there anyway we could route an external line through to our Call Centre. This number is not one of our DDI lines.
Any help would be appreciated!

Can you be a little more specific? Does this number go to another of your sites? Is it a PSTN line or to a PABX?

This is just a standard PSTN line and is not linked to other sites.

However I have just physically moved the phone now to another location while the refit is taking place. Would still like to know if this is possible though!
