We have a BCM50 in Europe and I am trying to route calls from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m. to the US to be answered by a live body via inter-office dialing. We have an access code of 5 + 15xxx to route the calls. Using Line Routing I'm able to get the call to the US but it drops once the operator trys to answer. Do we need the networking piece or is there something I'm missing or not thinking of? We just updated the SW of the BCM50 a couple months ago. I don't think that is it.
