Would like to know if it's possible to route a portion of the calls in vector to the cloud based vendor.

We use Avaya CM R13

In the vector, is there a way to send a portion of the calls to the cloud based vendor and keep the remainder in house? Similar to percentage based routing. Is this possible with currently release we use? (Avaya CM R13). Any assistance/feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Your system can route calls just about everywhere, regardless of the location (internet... oh sorry, "cloud" or across LAN links).

How does your vendor want to interface is the real question? PRI? SIP? H.323 trunk?

in a vector you could write a line that says go to step 29 (for example) if staffed agents = 2, or available agents = < >, counted calls = 5. these are just examples.
