Hello people !

Does anybody know how to do this.

There is a sequence of keys you can press before making a call to 'force' the call to go over certain routes....

Anybody got any ideas as to how to figure these out ?????

Any help will be great.

Could you be a bit more specific?
Is it a call to a private network or is it public call you refer to?
Do you use LCR (Least Cost Routing)?

Hi, this is close to it... I think from memory...
*FC* individual line number # route access code + external number

E.g. *0*01#90012129763838

Gets TRU 01 in DEST 9 Dials 001212...

You can also do this from digital extensions.

The following is an example of the procedure.
Let's say you have ROU=22 with 10 trunks in LIM 5 and 20 Trunks in LIM 6 and the access code is 0. To test individual trunks in each LIM you dial

*0*501#0number *0*(ind trunk select)501(LIM 5 TRU 01)0(DEST assigned to route)number(rest of digits)
*0*502#0number
*0*503#0number
and so on until
*0*510#0number

*0*601#0number
*0*602#0number
and so on until
*0*620#0number

It is the DEST that selects the route. A point to note is the DEST must be the default assigned to the route, this will not work for CHO.
Hope this helps
