hi!
I have a question about routes in md110.
we have many co(trunk) in our office that each belongs to one person. also each person have an extension and we want that when one person dials 0 he could reach to his own external number (for example his extension is 101 and his own external number is 8519600 and we want that when he dials the number 0 he could access the external number). I could'nt find any way, can you help me about this?
thanks

Hi,

The 'Customer Group' might be able to do this... if you have less than 250 co(trunks)

More info in ALEX \Solution Documents\Customer Group

EXCUC:DIR=...,CUST=1;
KSCUC:DIR=...,CUST=1;

RODDI:DEST=...,CUST=1,ETC...;

Regards
Isinor
