Router: Mailbox file mail1.box is corrupt

Hello,

Anyone know what causes this error to appear?

We have had it appear 4 or 5 times in the last month or so when users attempt to send emails.

I run a load fixup on the file the error goes away.

Is there anything in particular that can cause mail.box corruption?

There are several possible sources of mail.box corruption:
malformed inbound Internet messages, network problems that cause corrupt network packets from clients (such as a bad card), or memory issues on the Domino server.

Thanks for that information. I have a hard time believing it is memory issues on the server, as the server is only a few months old, but with no regular maintenence routine it is a possiblity.

Is there any way to track and or find the culprit while it is occuring?
