Router looses connection

I have an ADSL router connected to the second NIC of my W2K server running ISA server. Its runs fine for a while but all of a sudden it will loose the ADSL connection to the WAN and wait for someone to reset it. Any ideas???

it could be line problem, check the in-between connection (client side and isp side). otherwise, hardware issues...
