Router log listing for Apache webserver

I received this log listing two or three times a day from various IP addresses:
[Tue Dec 10 11:06:05 2002] [error] [client 211.33.124.1] File does not exist: /var/
What is it?

That is what I thought...it happens frequently but to date no other problems noted.
