I have Apache running on Windows ME behind a Linksys home router. I have html page with a bunch of links to mpeg files stored locally on the server. Whenever I click on the link to down the mpeg, it immediately messes up my router and I lose Internet connection on all computers. I have to reset the router in order to restore it. I added this line to http.conf: "AddType video/mpeg .mpeg .mpg .mpe", but the only thing that does is allow the download to run for a few more seconds before messing up the router connection.
