I am setting a Frame Network that will include 120 sites + host site. The host site will connect to the Frame via 2-T1 lines and a Cisco 3640 Router. Cisco has so many optional modules for the 3640, I'm not sure if I have correct ones.

Current Router Config
3640 4-slot
3640 128Mb memory upgrade
3600 1PT-T1 DSU/CSU
3600 1PT Channelized T1-ISDN with CSU

If you have more than 100 pvc, you better select hssi card and prder T3 line at host site. Otherwise, two t1s at host site will become bottleneck with today application.

Agree, an OC3 would be a good investment!!!! Jeter@LasVegas.com
Fisher CCNA
Sprint-Data

The primary application (SQL Replication) will only be done once a day and takes about 2 min/site. The only other use would to access the corp intranet site.
I working in a very old environment and have to prove to management that persistent connections will benefit the organization before they spend OC3 money.

Thanks,
dammad
