Router Capacity

Does anyone know the capacity of an ARN router? Packets per sec, Maximum bandwidth, sessions, or protocols in a slot it can handle. or somewhere I can get the information?

My router has 16 MB of memory, I handle basically L2TP over FR. My main link is 192 Kb and I feed 5 64 Kb links.
I am having some problems lately handling L2TP tunnels since there seem to be more tunnels than active sessions.
