HI

We have an Cisco 2500 series router not configured by me but show strange behaviors of that i loose contact with the router very often however i can not confirm it is due to power shortage or error in transmission at this point but like to investigate what and why it is going down.

Where do i start and what to look for ???

I am leaning toward the possibility that the service provider of T1 is to blame but not sure ...

If you get that many crc errors in a week then either your CSU/DSU is bad or its a provider issue. On a side note its time to throw away that 2505 and replace it with at least a 1941.
