Route Zero Pound Option to Off-site Target

Greeting folks, need some guidance. I have a request to set someones zero # option in their voicemail to an offsite target in another city.

I created an ACD 2280 and set the NCFW target to 91330996xxxx and assigned this same 2280 as the redirect target in my users vm.

But my calls are failing. I get a quick tone then dead silence and eventually the line hangs up.

I have Option 11, with a PRI that doesn't require LD codes.

All help would be greatly appreciated.

Not knowing your configs etc try a quick fix with making your NCFW with Route ACOD as the prefix to your target number
