Dear all

is there any in Voicemail Pro to route some VIP callers to the specific Call-Flow...
we want that voicemail Pro can check for ANI/CLID number and do route this number to specific destination as per CLID/ANI pre-defined in database

Thank you

Yes
& you have just described the process exactly

you need to use the VM Pro Database integration features
search for the cli in the database & then route to the appropriate group.

this can get quite complicated & you would be best employing the services of your maintainer

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

Thanks for your reply,

what I need exactly is capturing a CLI ID of callers and check it against external database then route the call to the appropriate destination:

Do you have an example of call-flow in Voicemail Pro of this scenario ?

Thank you

If you don't have a lot of VIP, you can use variable routing.

Easiest than connect to a database.

another question...can we change priority of call in Voicemail Pro

Foe example if the caller is VIP we assign him priiority High instead of medium...

thank you

Yes, through a Generic action.

If it is for a very smaller number of users, all this can also be done by the IP Office itself which can have CLI specific incoming call routes.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
