Route Single Exchange Account Differently from default 1

Is it possible to route 1 Exchange account differently from the default? If so, how?

I want a single users e-mail to route differently out then my current default.

Right now all e-mail is sent directly from the Exchange server. I want 1 users e-mail to be redirected to another internal server before it is sent out.

Make sense?

Yes and no. What are you trying to accomplish? There might be a better way to do it.

I'm testing an outgoing content filtering program. I will eventually route all outgoing e-mail through this server but wanted to test out the rules I created before switching all users over.
