I have a daughter ISP office that (without asking/telling me) ordered a t1 to the same provider that we get the majrity of our backbone from. We announce a 2 /19's through BGP to this provider. Now the daughter office wants to start announcing BGP to them as well. Problem being that they are our IP's and are already being announced through our BGP session. The only thing that I can thing to do is create a filter that filters out the 8 class c's that I route to them so that they can announce them themselves. Any ideas? It sounds terribly peace-mealed to me to do it this way.
