I have a silly question about CTI route points and triggers. I say silly because I am doing a call center script because I have a pulse. I have never done one before and have many questions that will seem idiotic.

So, when I set up a trigger, there is a field called directory number. Is that the director number or a number of a CTI route point set up in Call Manager? Or is it some other number?

It's your cti rp set up in cucm for that application. Actually uccx will built the cti rp when you create the trigger

That's what I *kinda* thought. The person who built the system built the route points at the same time, so I guess this means I'll have to delete the route points and start over.
