route overload

hello guys
I have a problem due to route overload.
RLI entry 0 route 1
entry 1 route 2

when all channels in route 1 are busy, a call should go via route 2, but it isn't.
What is wrong?

Check yourMFRL and NCOS.

If you don't see the problem post the RLI here so we can see it.

Your also in the wrong Fourm. this is for the BCM, you want the PBX Forurm which is labeled Nortel: Meridian Systems in the wiring closet.
