Hi All,

I have a situation that I would really like some help on. Essentially, I have users within my three sites that are still calling the full number (eg. 00894330xxx) number instead of using 4 digit DN's to reach other sites. Meaning, they're routing out on the PSTN and costing a local or national call, rather then just a free SIP call!

Site A : 2xxx
Site B : 3xxx
Site C : 4xxx

Site A : 0894330xxx (del 1, inst 2)
Site B : 0891920xxx (del 1, inst 3)
Site C : 0882044xxx (del 0)

From what i can see, you can do something like this in LD90, del dgts and insert the prefix number for Site A, B but the problem then lies with having to create over a thousand SPN's so that 0894331 for example would not get routed as a 4 digit dn or the wrong rli/dmi.

There has to be surely a way where if someone calls NARS on 0 (AC2 for me), punches in the full number of one of our sites, that they can still be routed over SIP, using CDP 4 dgt DN's (manipulation) so that it doesnt cost us for the call and/or the stupidity of the user.

Ideas?

So everyone knows, we have Least Cost routing for our three sites, so the calls made with the full number are routing only as a local call. Site B and C are some 2000km's away from A (Australia is huge!)
