Can anyone from the group interoperate the SMDR flow below and explain why calls are being route optimized? Running ICP 3300 4.1.

(Call comes in on MSDN trunk X403 and is presented to front-end message ACD group P050. After 21 seconds the call interflows to the actual call center ACD path 800)
02/11/10 11/02 14:57 0000:00:08 X403 013 P800 801 801 7878 r817 9205852967
(Caller still on MSDN trunk X403, after 8 seconds in the P800 queue the call is presented to agent 7878 but also shows “lower case r” for pre-route optimization)
02/11/10 11/02 14:57 0000:03:08 X404 013 P800 801 801 7878 X 7878 R817 9205852967
(Final SMDR for call shows the call being route optimized “upper case R” to MSDN trunk X404)
MSDN trunks X403 and X404 are the same link so I’m at a loss as to why this is occurring as there would seem to be no benefit any thoughts?
