Hi,

I've just installed a speech recognition server via DPNSS but I cna't get the route to optimise when the extension is answered. I've obviously put something in wrong when I installed the route and the external dest number, I just can't figure out what.

Also, can someone remind me of the commands to change the operator group numbers and the destination for the Call Origin numbers as my ALEX has stopped working.
