I need to know how one goes about finding a list of the Route List Index numbers that correspond to all nation wide area codes.

This is something you decide for yourself, based on the regional access you want to give your pbx users.

To print you RLI's use LD 86

REQ: PRT
CUST: 0
FEAT: RLB

To print the NPA's associated with each RLI use LD 90

REQ: PRT
CUST: 0
FEAT: NET
TRAN: AC1
TYPE: NPA
