I have calls that come into IPO via a PRI Line. I want to basically forward those calls to another device. I have a SIP line setup with the other device but am unsure how to go about doing this.

I was hoping it would be just as simple as a Inbound Call Route with a special destination, if possible at all.

Hopefully I am correct.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

- Matt

The line to the SIP device must have a unique outgoing line group, say for example it's line group 10, make a system shortcode as follows:

Code - 1234
Feature - Dial
Tel number - . (just a dot)
Line group - 10

Then just direct the DDI/DID to 1234...done :)

Indeed, fax servers, other PABX's, video Conf units, same code works and passes caller ID to things linked via SIP/ISDN trunks :)

Awesome, I will give it a shot.

I have a deadline and the Telco Co. takes forever switch the numbers to my SIP Trunk.
