Route DN from switch to application builder

I created a calling tree in application builder and I am ready to service and test; however, I am unsure how I should setup the route on the switch side of things. Do I program ext. 210 as a phantom TN, ACD...etc?

My objective it to have users call the DID for ext. 210.
get the recording for the menu tree.

Nortel docs suggest a Phantom 500 with Default call forward to Callpilot.

Also add it to the SDN table in call pilot with the application you created.
