hi guys,

its my first time to use this command, any idea how to do it? Whats the algoith behind it? what to change in CM? add/change or what? Please help.

The command shows the route taken to make the call.

route chosen can be after dialing "ars" or "aar" codes.

This will help you determine which routing is programmed in your switch to send calls to specific trunk-groups for all "ars" and "aar" or by locations

list ars route-chosen 18002422121 the output shows you the route pattern chaosen for a particular dial string.

Go ahead, try it.

So meaning there is no direct command such as "change ars route-chosen" something like it? Apologies, the way my client ask is a little confusing... Just wanna make sure.

no, you would use "cha ars ana" or "cha ars ana loc X" to modify/add/delete a route pattern.

"list ars route-chosen XXXXXXXXXXX" shows what route a specific dial string will tak, as rockspop stated.
