Hi There, My company has several call centers with a mixture of Avaya and Nortel CS1000 PBX's. Recently the business came to us asking if we could setup a speed dial that would route to a TF number, pause, then put in a string of other numbers. Since this feature is easily available on the Avaya via speed dial they of course would like to mimic it on the Nortel. I tried this via speed dial with no luck, now I am looking at the Symposium and running into a wall. Any advice or ideas anyone could provide would be helpful.
