I was wondering if it was possible to do the following. i need to be able to use the Route Call to an external number with a minimal security risk. I know I could change the RDR to CFF from CFO but I believe that would be opening up to much. As a workaround I'm sending the call to a dummy ACDN in the M1 the uses the NCFW to the external number. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

You are doing it the safest way possible. This opens you up to the smallest risk for toll fraud. Opening up the RDR is opening a much bigger hole than is needed.
