How can I configure the system to route the call to particular extension say 2020 when any user dials 0.
2020 is the number of reception.
When we dial 0 from any phone it should go to extension :2020.
What changes I need to make to achieve this
Avaya Aura/ CM 6.3 mid size.

iam happy i am here...

routing can be done with dialplan, tenant partitions, hunt-groups, trunk-groups, night service, listed-directory-numbers, ARS, AAR, uniform-dialplan, vdn, vectoring, call coverage, etc. These can also be based
on time-of-day, locations, manual button push, and many types of conditional routing.

Dialing 0 is most likely defined on change dialplan as a single digit "attd" which is the attendant group(s)
depending on what features you are licensed to use and using on your system.

0 can also be defined as an extension, when it is, you can add 0 as a station, vdn, etc.
If this is done, 0 is no longer related to calls to attendant group(s)
