Route 411 calls to announce mailbox ?

I'm using the Dterm Series i phones on an NEC NEAX 2000 IPS system. Matworks Version 8.0.1

I want to route all 411 / 555-1212 / 800/555-1212 calls to an announce only mailbox.

(I suffer about $50-100 per month of calls to information services. Most all of our employees have Internet available to them as well as phone books, so most of the 411 calls are not necessary).

Is anyone else doing this? Any help would be appreciated.

Oh yes, some more info I may of forgot to mention.. we are on a "dial 9" to get an outside line. So... someone can dial 9,411 or 9,555-1212, etc.

These numbers can be easily restricted in LCR but if you want an announcement from a mailbox there's a little more work required.
I guessing your familiar with LCR seeing as your showing us all those letters.
