Rounded Rectangle Imperfections

I am using FW 2004 MX. I have tried creating a rounded rectangle (say 60 by 30 px) with a basic 1px hard line outer edge. If you view this rectangle with a magnification say of 800% you will notice that each corner is slightly different. It is very hard to get each corner the same. Is there a way to achieve this?
