Rounded corners

Is there a way that i can round off certain corners on an object while keeping the rest sharp through effects>stylize>round corners dialog? Or maybe there is another way to do it?

...round corners dialog won't allow it, so you have to create what you need manually, or if you really don't have 60 seconds then you can download these graphic styles to get you more than half way there:

...if you need a stroke outline, then you need to expand and then unite (using the pathfinder) and finally apply a stroke...

...or you can use the illustrator action that is also available on the above download link if you can't be bothered to click the mouse more than once to create the flat object...

...and no, CS4 isn't any different to CS3 when it comes to round corners...
