Currently, we have an Exch 5.5 dist list that forwards all e-mail web-orders "sales@company.com" to a public folder. Then our sales associates go into the folder and pull out orders (messages) one by one. That way each order is tied to a single sales agent. Since our company is commission based, we would like the incoming mail destined for sales@company.com to round-robin the messages (orders) to individual users' mailboxes that are logged-on and in the sales dist list. That way each person will receive a fair (equal) share of orders. We are looking for any solution - exchange add-in, third party sw, code or utility from another company. Desperate for assistance.

HI!

I don't know of any shellf 3rd party software to do it, so you'll probably have to find your own custom solution.

You can try to get a VB programmer from your company or outside, let him learn a bit about Exchange programing, and build with him/her a custom server side script that will monitor the public folder and will forward the messages to the sales personal.
You'll have to find the trick to check which users are logged in, I don't have a practical idea right now.

Bye
