Round Robin Hunt Group and Voicemail 1

Hi,

I have a Round Robin Hunt Group set up with five analogue phonesets. I have been asked by the manager of the section to provide them with voicemail for when all of the team are busy, or when the office is not staffed. I cannot change to a linear group as they need (want) the "call sharing" feature Round Roin provides - i.e. the phoneset in store zero does not always get the first call. Is there any way for setting the Pilot DN so that it call forwards to voicemail if all phonesets are busy (or opted out of group hunt)?

i did that one time, you should add a last entry pointing to a new PLDN, in that PLDN you should use linear option an include all of your extensions from the first PLDN, your last entry should point to your voicemail DN.

Example, first PLDN: 7000, second PLDN 8000, voicemail 9999.

PLDN 7000 rrb, your extensions xxxx, yyyy, zzzz, 8000.
PLDN 8000 lin, your extensions xxxx, yyyy, zzzz, 9999.

This should solve your Problem
