Needing some help identifying what I already have in place and how to get a round robin style group setup. Below is my existing ACD. Not sure if it can be modified to be round robin or am in in the wrong place. Not very familiar with all of this.

Round Robin" sounds more like circular hunting than an ACD and using a DFDN set assigment in a simple ACD package--->No AACC Server.

Feature and Services Description
Hunting allows calls encountering a busy Directory Number (DN) to route automatically to
another DN. Hunting continues along a predefined path, known as the hunt chain, until reaching
an idle DN, the end of the hunt chain, or the maximum number of hunt steps. Hunting is
specified on a DN basis. DNs in the hunt chain can be consecutive or nonconsecutive
numbers.
The four types of hunt chains provided by the system are:
• Circular hunting
• Linear hunting
• Secretarial hunting
• Short hunting

Thanks for the responces. What types of phones are compatible with the hunt groups? We use M3905's for our existing ACD's.

3905's are an ACD set and probably could be used with a hunt group set up. Just no handset option on those phones.

All our 3905's have handsets. You can removed the piece at the top left corner and there is a handset plate cover to replace it.

Understood, just no hookswitch. They should work fine

Just thought of this with the round robin setup. Can an automated attendant be used in front of it? The setup I'm going for is:

[ol 1]
[li]Incoming calls on 800#[/li]
[li]Hits automated attendant mainly to handle greetings and date & time.[/li]
[li]Then send call to group[/li]
[/ol]

The hunt group doesn't care how the call gets there as long as it gets there, an auto attendant in front of it would work fine.

Your setup would be something like.

1. In LD 49, IDC your 800# DNIS to go to your Callpilot (If not IDC, then Phantom to Callpilot???)
2. Have TOD application that routes your call to a new PLDN
3. In LD 57, build a new PLDN for your Hunt Group (Set your Type= GHT and HTYP = RRB)
4. In LD 18, build a new Hunt Group (ght)
