round rectangle corners

Is there a way to round just two corners of an existing rectangle?

Ungroup the rectangle to enable use of the Superselect tool.

Using the Pen tool, add another point at each of the corners which you wish to round off.

At the corner, move the two points to where you wish the curve to start.

Hold down the Alt-key and click on the original corner point - you can then adjust the curvature of the line to round off the corner as required.

Is there a way to make the canvas have round corners or just the objects that are placed on it?? thanks

Don't think you can change the canvas corners. However, not sure why you would need to do this.

However, if you do want to, make the canvas the same colour as your web page then create a rounded rectangle the same size as your canvas in whatever colour you like. Should give much the same effect.
