Round Corners

Hi,

i want to create round cornes like this page

. It seems that they put images inside a cell of a table. I save the pictures and tried to create as equal and the result isn't the same.
Any tip?

For me it seems more logical to do this with layers, but i think that isn't possible! Is it?
