Make sure you plan this deployment well, put all your rouge agents in their own group. Make sure you do not allow the system to choose the machine based on cpu etc..

Why?
The deployment task is not a global task that can be managed and the only way to remove the agent is to drill down to the machine deployment task level and enable the removal. This can be a pain if you have thousands of machines to manage.
