Please ,

When trying to open GL bath list or any other batch list by using the "Finder" tool (Acppac 4.2a),
I am getting the following message :

"Unable to get information from Roto".

Could you help please?

Hi,

In the registry of the computer, you have to edit the Accpac International registry key. Add the value:

If you are getting the error while in a Terminal Server session, refer to KB 4215. Apply
SM 5.0 SP3 (or up) and add to the registry this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ACCPAC INTERNATIONAL,
INC.\ACCPAC\Roto With the string value "Standalone" set to "Yes".
