Rotational backups failing right away

Hello There:

I am running Arcserve/IT for NT version 6.61. My rotational backups are failing right away because they can't find the tape in the media pool although its in the assigned one. The activity log is giving me the following error. " Media in device group GROUP0 is not in the scratch set of pool NPN_DAILY_INC.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
