Rotating Page with Masters

I created an 8.5*11 document, put that document into 11*17 spreads. Now i need to take those spreads and set them up for the press, therefor i need to make a 22*17 document, rotating the pages by 90 degrees. I tried to copy the pages, but the masters will not rotate with the rest of the page. How can I tell the program to do this? PLEASE HELP. Thanks
